支払方法

銀行振込み（三井住友銀行）
納品時期
お振込み確認後3日以内、もしくは事前に双方で合意した日数で納品します。
価格について
内容により単価が変動するため、個別のお見積もりとさせて頂いており、価格にご同意の上発注頂きます。
その他ご負担額
振込手数料(各銀行に基づく)
キャンセルについて
お客様都合によるご発注後のキャンセル、それに伴う返金は一切お受けできません。
返金について
いかなる理由でも納品後の返金には応じかねます。当サービスの都合により業務を遂行できない場合は全額返いたします
原稿変更について
ご発注後の原稿内容の変更は原則お断りしておりますが、お客様との協議の上、当サービスの判断においてお受けさせていただくことがございます。
原稿内容の変更をお受けする場合であっても、それに伴う減額には応じかねるほか、分量によっては追加料金が発生しますのでご了承ください。
アフターサービス
翻訳品質に関しては万全を期しておりますが、弊社の不備によって修正すべきことが生じた場合には納品日から１ヶ月以内にお申し出ください。
弊社の判断において翻訳修正を無償で行うものとします。返金サービスはございません。
免責事項
万一翻訳等で損害が発生した場合、翻訳料金の返還以上の責任は負いかねますので、ご了承ください。
機密情報保持と納入実績の掲載
当サービスで取扱っているお客様の情報を厳格に秘密扱いとさせて頂きます。
お客様の同意のもと当サービスの本ホームページ及びインスタグラムに実績を掲載することがございますので、あらかじめご了承ください。

Delivery Time
A minimum of 3 business days unless specified by Word House and agreed upon by the client.

Cancellation
Word House will not issue a refund for a cancellation of a project after payment has been made.
Refund
Word House will not issue a refund after a project has been completed. We will issue a refund if we cannot complete the translation within the parameters that were agreed upon with the client.
After Service
If any errors in the translation are discovered after the project is complete, please inform Word House within one month and we will make any necessary corrections for free. Word House will not issue a refund.
Disclaimer
Word House will not be held responsible for any perceived losses to your company after using our translation service.
Confidentiality
We will hold any information we receive from a client in the highest confidentiality. After a project is finished, we may ask to share it on social media but will only do so with permission from the client.
